Acetaia Malpighi – Maple Balsamic Vinegar Aged

Maple Balsamic Condiment, a mix with vanilla and must from white grape, aged for 5 years in ash wooden barrels. Its colour is clear, limpid and amber, the smell is delicate and warm, the taste is sour and sweet.
Uses: on fresh fruit, fruit salad, sweets, sorbet and cakes. A few drops to exalt the flavour of the desserts.
