Our extra virgin Taggiasco is obtained with effort, dedication and passion. It is the fruit of a traditional olive growing, proud and stubborn, far from the productive logic prevailing today.
Cold produced with two-phase technology from olives, crushed by hand, left to rest in an underground position and packaged without being filtered.
All Taggiasca olive oils are fragrant and light and are very suitable for those who do not like too intense flavors. Taggiasco is ideal for seasoning all the most delicate dishes, such as fish, grilled or steamed prawns…
However, do not believe that a Taggiasco is an oil that is not very tasty: on the contrary, it is ideal to accompany the “Cundijun”, the typical Ligurian salad based on ox heart, basil, peppers, red onion, garlic and anchovies.
