The Bonissima Marronglacé Nocciola is a traditional Modena dessert in which the crumbly consistency of the butter-based shortcrust pastry is combined with a soft, enveloping filling. Dario Loison wanted to offer this artisanal cake, enriching it with a filling of marron glacé, Sicilian wildflower honey and PGI “Piedmont” hazelnuts, so as not to forget this popular excellence of Made in Italy confectionery over time.
