The Pomodoro Ciliegino sauce is made with this sweet variety of cherry tomatoes with a characteristic elongated shape. TheCiliegino, cultivated in greenhouses using natural methods, are then harvested by hand and processed using traditional methods, based on simplicity and genuineness. Creamy, fragrant and very tasty, the sauce is seasoned with basil, carrots, onions, celery, extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar.

To enclose the taste, a small bottle of amber glass to protect the product from light: the typical packaging of beer that was traditionally used in homes to contain the sauce just made.
